Refund policy
ORDER CANCELLATION
Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. There will be cancellation charges i.e. 6% of the paid amount; the rest of the amount will be given in the form of store credit.
However, after this time period no refunds are offered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange Policy
We do not have any exchange or replace policy (For both local or international). We will only be able to accept exchanges pertaining to manufacturing defects, wrong items shipped, and size errors. In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 1 day after receiving the order .
Refunds
We have no existing refund policy. As each outfit is custom made ,we do not provide any kind of refund. If the order is cancelled after 24 hours we do not provide refund or store credit for the advance payment made. If an order placed is not picked up or provided with an address for delivery within 14 days of completion, with the remaining balance due paid in full, we withhold the right to keep the advance payment and sell the piece.
